There is no need to describe the achievements of medical science in today world. Medical science is own its pace to become more advance and powerful. Remember the complex transplant of human body parts such as heart, liver, hand, legs, eyes etc. It was just the beginning, the science of body transplant has now reach to human most important part "BRAIN".
The experiment has already been done on animals, who has some similarities to humans. Rats were the first on which the experiment was carried out, then after dog and monkeys, success have been achieves several times, but it was not long lasting. The specimen survived only few days, but the sort term survival has given some hope and ways to handle the corpse more effectively.
Italian surgeon Sergio Canavero has discovered the ways to handle the living body's head and how to remain the head alive even after getting of from the corpse. Learning from the surgeries that have been done on dog, monkey and rats. Canavero specialized himself in handling complex surgery and understanding the biology of the brain more deeply. Canavero was very confident to carry out the transplantation on human, it was the first time in human history which he was going to do. He carried out the surgery and successful to grafted the head of one corpse to another. At the American Academy of Neurological and Orthopaedic surgeon, he was supposed to launch the project of human head transplantation and wanted some expert hand to come with him. Valery Spridonov was the man who volunteerly ready to be the subject of the experiment, but later on he refused to do so as he gets a baby from his wife. Then later dr. moved to china as there he is getting funding for his project.
